Your Account – If you create an account with us we will ask for and record information such as your name, email address and telephone number. You may also be asked to provide payment and billing information if required.
Vehicle Management – We will ask for details such as your Vehicle Registration Number for the vehicles that you wish to manage.
Support – When you contact us for support we will collect information such as name, email address and telephone number and specific information relating to the support issue.
Web Forms – If submit information via a form on our website we will collect this formation information and may collect your IP address, browser information, location and device.
Social Media When you contact us via social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) will collect information such as your profile name, name, email address and any other information that is provided to us that we may reasonably require.

Vehicle Management – Where you have a account with us our partners may provide us with information relating to your vehicle including information such as your registration number.
Account Creation – When you create an account with us using a external authentication. For example when you login with Google or Facebook we will be provided with information such as your name and email address

Service Partners – If you are using the mycars app we will share personal information such as your name, email, contact number and vehicle registration(s) with the service partner that has licenced the service. You can find out details of the Licencee from within the app.

We use this basis to provide the service that you have requested or signed up for.
We use this basis for extended functionality and marketing. Whenever we use this basis we will clearly ask for your consent before proceeding with processing using this basis.
When we collect your we only keep it for as long as required. At the end of that period your data will either be deleted or anonymised.
Our retention period for the MyCars app is 5 years after the last recorded activity. We will notify you before any data is deleted.
Right of access – You have the right to request a copy of your personal data we hold. You can do this from My Account section within the MyCars app.
Right to rectification – You have the right to have any incorrect information corrected. You can do this for most of your data from within the My Account section from within the app. For any other information you can contact us or your service partner directly.
The right to erasure – You have the “Right to be forgotten”. You can do this by deleting your account from within the My Account section in the app.
The right to restrict processing – In certain circumstances, generally while we comply with a request or objection you can request that we restrict the processing of your data.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request your data in a format that you may be able to, where technically possible transfer to another entity. We provide this information to you in a CSV file format.
